Additional feedback sessions post diagnosis, and consultation with the Clinical Psychologist can be booked. Both face to face and virtual options are available.

Psychological Therapy

We offer psychological therapy with the Clinical Psychologist, Dr Mairi. Dr Mairi is highly experienced in adapting therapy to suit neurodiverse needs.

Dr Mairi is trained to deliver evidence-based psychological therapy for a range of conditions.

These include: -

  • Anxiety (social anxiety, health anxiety, general, panic, phobias, and OCD)
  • Low Mood
  • Depression
  • Low Self Esteem
  • Adjustment to diagnosis, such as ADHD, Autism, and Learning Disability
  • Anger
  • Behavioural Issues

Pricing:

  • Psychological Therapy £120, per 50-minute session, face to face and virtual available
  • Psychology Assessment £400, two-50mins session, plus a report including formulation of mental health presentation, recommendations, and feedback.
